Convoy campout on the BMGR.
Josh Woods, a prior enlisted Marine, now Harrier pilot, and father of four will share with young men of Valor.
Join Valor for a convoy campout traversing the vast BMGR to the east of Yuma by vehicle. We will meet at the Foothills library on 01 Apr at 1630 and return to the Foothills library at 1700 on 02 Apr. Please be there on time Friday, as we need to leave NLT 1700 before the long drive out.
4WD not required but recommended, vehicle with clearance is required. We will have open seats for you or your sons if you don’t have a vehicle with clearance.

You can get a free pass for travel onto the range at https://luke.isportsman.net/ (not required if not an adult).
We will camp out Friday night, then convoy through the range all day Saturday, stopping to see different sites possibly including airplane crashes, wildlife, and rock formations!

At least 1 gallon of water per person PER DAY
Cash for a meal in Gila Bend on Friday evening
lunch for Saturday and snacks for the drive (drive from YUM to Camp, Drive from Camp to YUM)so two drives...
Sleeping bag/Pillow (it could be cool... ) / (no tent required, but you can bring one if you want, we have extra tents too)
sleeping pad if you have one
Rugged outer wear (including hat/Sunglasses)
1 sweatshirt / 1 pair of long pants (for cool weather), Shorts and T-shirt for daytime/warmer temperature / Closed toed shoes
Work gloves
Sun-block / hat
Flashlight
All purpose paper (TP),Deodorant, Toothbrush
Entrenching tool if you have one
